POSITION: Volunteer School Librarian
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning , implementation of school library policy in together with principal, Academic basing on strategic school plan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and promoting the role of libraries in schools and active participation in various issues.
Working closely with coaching staff to plan and report curriculum skills.
Promoting efficient and efficient use of libraries and resource libraries.
Working with teaching staff to take a strategic approach.
Creating links with high schools to facilitate the transition and effective approach to library skills.
Managing school libraries and library resources in schools.
Organizing catalog and classify library resources, both electronic and printing
Arrangements ofinancial estimates for the school library and manage the budget.
Keeping and training staff, parents, volunteers and student librarians working in the library.
Making full use of ICT in the library and manage the library room.
Making full use of the School Library and other sources of information and support
Making the library interesting and accessible to all children and employees.
