POST: Program Associate

Will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the M and E system at all levels. The program associate will work in close collaboration with the Technical Center and the M and E officials of four organizations participating to ensure the implementation of the approved plan.

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervising the implementation of the plans ensuring timely and quality food activities

• Supervising  basic implementation of the software and update and the provision of technical support

• To develop indicator guidelines for output level indicators

•  Reviewing and collecting basic and final information

• Strengthening the M and E program in each year as part of the annual work plan

• To identify any challenges in the implementation of the M&e framework

• lead up to review program development through quarterly review meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Secondary School education and preffared first Degree in Statistics, Food Security, M & E, Economics or related fields.
• Fluent in both written and communication English and Swahili language
