The Secretary will be responsible for Answering of phone calls plus managment of daily, weekly plus Monthly agendas plus arrangements of meetings

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answering of phone calls when necessary
  • Leading of Agendas weekly and monthly
  • Coordinating meetings plus appointment
  • Organizing and Distribution of contracts
  • Updating contact information of staff, customers, Suppliers and external pertners
  • Supporting plus Facilitation of regular reports
  • Supporting and facilitation of reports
  • Maintening of unlock system
  • Checking of regular rates of office equipments
  • Performing regular Receptionist duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
  • Two to five years experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise Resource planning system
  • Ability to use computer program eg Ms Office, Word, Best and Outlook
