Tanzania Wild life institute (TAWIRI) is an Organization under Ministry of Natural resources Tourism. It was established since 1980 by Act No.4(CAP260 R.E 2002) 

The instute has obligation advising wildlife conservation stakeholders on the best way of conserving Tanzania wildlife resources specifically Main land.

POST: Senior Accounts Assistant -(Serengeti National park)

Duties and responsibilities

• Pursuing insurance covers for employees, and premises
• Participating in reconciliation of fees register
• To receive bills, invoices and keep in proper custody
• To prepare bank reconciliation statements
• To cross check reconciled general redgers balances
• Maintaining accounts books
• Perform any other duties as can be assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION

• Holder of diploma in one of the following: Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or Business administration majoring in accountancy or finance or equivalent
• Or ATEC II certificate offered by NBAA, at least seven years working experience in related field

NOTE THIS

• An applicant must be a public servant
• Letter should be written in English and signed
• Should attach current CV
• Applicant should attach certified copies of academic certificates
• Certificate from foreign certificate should have equivalent score from NECTA
• Only successfully candidates will be conducted for other procedures
