DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the quality and duration of the methodology and delivery associated with the project’s
Monitoring the progress of technical support using the capacity development program
Providing of technical guidance, advice, tools, advice, and support to mentors.
Providing technical guidance on fraud prevention and Risk Management in managing the USAID award
Managing adaptation, implementation, and monitoring of training courses.
Collaborating with local project leadership and local implementation partners.
Ensuring project teams involve partners and key stakeholders to design project work plans.
Onboard and managing consultants for local implement partners.
Developing and reviewing the plant consultant and provide close management.
Supporting the writing of abstracts Assembly and organizing posters and exhibitions.
Ten years 0f working experience with Bachelor’ atleast eight years of experience with masters, 6 years of pHD in non profit administration, financial management, HR and compliance
Able to work in team and independently carry out task mentioned
Great, quality and analysis capabilities and able to Express technical information well
Experience shown to work in collaboration local government , international donors and implementation partners
Experience with USAID required and experience with PEPFAR
Excellent communication skills and powerful skills between personal and management
Able to work independently and within a team member partners at all levels
Powerful analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to think and plan
Fluency in foreign language is desirable
