POST: Shift Brewer

The shift Brewer will be responsible for management of brewing shift team to ensure production of quality beer at optimum coast at a safe way and most efficient manner while maintaining team morale

Duties and responsibilities

• Planing and aquiring of shift requirements
• Management of human resources by including development
• Maintaining of good working relationship with team
• Managing the assess and process on shift basis
• Management of costs
• Facilitation of problem solving process
• Effective generation of reports and records
• Fostering smooth communication

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bsc in food science and Technology, BSC in chemical processing engneer or any other degree in natural scuscie field of natural science
• At least two three years experience  in active brewing practices in an established brewery
