Monsour are looking for showroom Receptionist to join their working team. The interested candidates should follow instructions to apply for the position.

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting of customers when they come into the showroom and answer their questions plus directing them to appropriate  member of the staff.

Receptionist also answer All incoming calls, taking message and transfer callers to appropriate department

Duties and responsibilities

• Accepting deliveries and letters, prepare them to distributed to appropriate recipients using emails

• Answering incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate departments

• Handling of Customers complaints and refer them to appropriate personal

• Determining the Customer origin of visits and directing them to appropriate department

• Receiving basic demographic information about each cliants using computer, log paper, SAP system

• Perfoming general admistrative tasks mantaining Receptionist ares, all times as well as mantain office equipment.

• Mantaining proffessional appearance at all times
