Tanzania Health promotion Support (THPS) are looking for  two project coordinator to join their working team. The project coordinators will assist and work near to district vaccination Officer in strengthening the Provision of Covid 19 vaccine and deployment among Tanzania refugees areas.

The project coordinator will oversee the planning and monitoring of Covid 19 vaccine in librarian or Nduta camp in kigoma. All data collected will be inserted in Covid 19 database and Internationa monitoring system.

Duties and responsibilities

• Facilitation of vaccination activities of Covid 19 outdoor Community in camps

• Working with regional and council teams to support Covid 19 data collection

• Monitoring the progress and submit a regular projects Coodinator on success in coverage of Covid 19

• Disposes and conducting Research for PLHIV and wholesale clients

• Facilitation of data entry in coverage system of other donors

• Working with DIVO in organizing conference for stakeholders

• Tracking and writting leant lessons and good practices during software implemenatation

• Working with M and E data manager ensure all teams are involved in collections of data

• Making sure that all teams involved in data collection and incorporation receive work tools eg computers

• Working with team to identfy specific needs

• Working with ADOs available to ensure all Customers are vaccinated

• Working with HCWs ensuring registration are well filled and collectively create working data

• Making sure all products reports every day, weekly plus Monthly

• Identfication of eligible Customers for second doses and generation of it’s list for easy tracking

QUALIFICATION

• Experience in Community mobilization

• Ability to work with stakeholders eg local council

• Two years experience in HIV programs or vaccines

• Medical doctor Degree from recorgnized Institution/Masters in public health, epidemiology, sociology is advantanged

• Experience in data management, monitoring and managment

• Knowledge of words and text in English and Kiswahili

• Ability to work independently

• Better understanding of public works and Gorvenment services or NGO
