Social Coordinator at Air swift, job posting sites

The EACOP Project (East Africa Crude Oil pipeline project) is an EPCMC. 1500Km pipe line project across Uganda and Tanzania with minimal storage, terminal and jetty in Tanzania.

Duties and Tanzania

• Develop the contribution social management plans or sections on social management
• Monitor and inspect contractor day to day social activities
• Liaises daily  with EPC contractors site personnel
• Liaises with the contractors, social teams to build trusting and effective pertners
• Issues non compliance for the breaches in permit
• Assist in the review and close out of rectification from daily inspections
• Provide report maintained from daily inspections

QUALIFICATION

• Previous social experience in the construction industry is essential
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong public speaking skills
• Knowledge of local communities
• Ability to communicate with stake holders
• Ability to understand and explain all projects social requirements
• Concise report writing on daily basis
