POSITION: SPA Therapist Specialist
Asilia lodges and Camps Ltd are looking to hire full-time Spa Therapists to join the spa team in their camps. We need someone who is a reliable, friendly team player, a good communicator and excellent customer service skills. Someone who is professional and engaged in basic wellness and massage treatments for our clients. Ability to provide a full range of treatments to make our guest happy
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer various spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure / pedicure) in a safe and comfortable way
Keep documents and maintain customer files
Keeping the room clean and full
Identify and answer relevant customer questions, needs and expectations
Recommend and promote retail products or additional services
Compliance with sanitary standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate and provide information on governance on any issues arising
Describe massages, treatments, and basics for guests and give recommendations as needed.
Ensure that the spa is adequately stocked with spa facilities and information shortages.
Ask about guests ‘ medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
