POSITION: Storekeeper
Heaven of peace Academy is also known as HOPAC school. At Heaven of peace they teach students from paspective of biblical word, not only the word of God but also the Bible into basic subject eg reading, mathematics, science
At Heaven of peace Academy they also teach life skills eg leadership through divine attitude. At the school teachers are given great privilege to be able to pray with students about their needs and concerns
Duties and responsibilities
- Receiving of stock materials
- Ensuring that stock materials are checked
- Ensuring all damages in store are recorded and Reported
- Ensuring that stock materials are issued basing on paper from the authority
- Preparation of proper week and monthly reports
- Ensuring that proper maximum level are maintained in store room
- Doing of any Duties as can be assigned by the school

QUALIFICATIONS
- Four years of working experience in store Keeping
- Knowledge of stock and asset management
- Able to use computer software eg Ms Office, Word, email, Material managment software
- Diploma in store Keeping or material managment
- Good communication skills
- Numeric skills
- Interpersonal skills
