Job Description

We are now looking  for the experienced  Supermarket supervisor  to manage our retail store.

You will be responsible  for management of finances and control of quality of goods and services. You will be also required  to assess performance  of workers

POSITION: Supermarket supervisor 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Manage merchants, cashiers, shelf stocks, and other employees.
2.  Manage funds and prepare an annual budget.
3. Documenting consumption, sales statistics, and employee performance.
4.  Evaluate the supply and availability of reserves, and profit-margins.
5. Implement measures to avoid stock damage, theft, and loss.
6. Monitoring storage shelve and product displays, and overall appearance of storage.
7.  Explore market trends and offer products that will attract customers.
8. Handle customer requests, comments, and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Able to demonstrate tangible management  abilities  
• Excellent communication skills 
• Business management  skills 
• Passionate for Customer service 
• Degree in business administration,  financial management  or related 
• Tangible experience  and  managing capabilities  in retail store or related 
• Experience  in budget preparation  with financial reports 
• Detailed knowledge  of products  trends and applications 
• Unique  personal skills  in dealing with employees. 
• Skills with spreadsheet  and word processing software 
• Competence in retail  management software 
• Good communication skills 
• Knowledge  of labour laws
