POSITION: Supervisor – Lubrication
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching, mentoring assistants in the secure facilitation of their work, their safety.
Using of all necessary permits when needed, be sure to quickly report injuries, illnesses, and safety
instant events,
Keepinge and managing resources expenditures in the team accordingly.
Report all instances at once and participate in investigations.
Focusing on all impurities or left oil related materials immediately and ensure beautiful house in the area of responsibility,
Keeping and report any safe device immediately, reserving your own protection.
 Ensuring procedure of various kinds of different fixed plant materials.
Keeping plans and without planning and maintenance responsibilities.
 Conducting safety indicators such as security measures, PTOs, inspections.
 Reporting any lost or damaged equipment in a timely manner.
 Secondary education of Form IV with qualification of VETA Grade I or Full Vocational Certificate (FTC) in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic Computer Skills.
Ability to drive with a driver’s license in Tanzania for small vehicles
Minimum 5 years experience in managing permanent maintenance of plants involving greater responsibility lubrication and hydraulic system, metallurgy, or related.
