The responsibilities of this job will be adressment reporting issues quickly and effectively, attention to detail and good written and oral Communication .

The Technical Customer Support will make sure issues are raised and resolved through the structure and time in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

 

Duties and responsibilities

• Responding to incoming tickets bug and spread as needed Engineering

• Research and identfy solution to software and hardware issues by requesting database

• Monitoring system issues through resolution within agreed time limits

• Documenting Technical knowledge in the form of knowledge bases and user guidlines

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, information systems or related

• Detailed hand experience and Technical Support for web and mobile applications

• Ability to identfy and resolve Technical issues

• Problem solving skills

• Exellent Communication skills both written and spoken

• Ability to speak and submit the public

• Ability to provide step by step Technical assistance

• Ability to learn new applications and programs quickly
