Based in Dar es salaam Tanzania, The temporary Accounting and Finance Officer will assist and report to the acting Accounting and Finance Manager. The selected candidate incumbent will be assisting in Maintaining of all aspects of the organizations finance and accounting reporting and compliances with policy guidelines. The position will have regular interaction with all staff.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsibility for maintaining field office records accurately and properly
• Responsible for accurate payment of field staff travel advances
• Maintain books of accounts and accurately and regularly
• Maintain books of accounts and accurately and regularly for Accounts
• Share cash fore cast input to acting finance Manager
• Tracking staff activity advances
• Support all on going external, international and global audit
• Support the acting finance manager and Finance associate

• Accounting and finance de free from reorganized institutions
• Familiar in Accounting packages
• Proficient in Ms excel, Ms word and PowerPoint
• Working Knowledge of Accounting, report and administration
• Detail oriented and extremely organized
• Result oriented, commitment to quality and efficiency
