POSITION: Trainee – Transportation and logistics
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinating with the drivers on a daily load planning as well as routes.
Ensuring all drivers must follow on road / car time and break guide when defined by management.
List and make sure no driver must do overspeed, do not use the phone while driving and should not carry passengers without permission from the charge.
Educate drivers on documentations and process information to ensure the driver must report to the loading and unloading supervisor on time.
Monitor with drivers on the route and make sure they should follow & Acheve tat defined by management.
Help drivers in case of an accident or problem.
Ensure no truck must report material or fuel losses and if it does not report full to HR team for disciplinary action.
Prepare daily car reports without any delay.
Prepare weekly drivers performance report and discuss with RM for further action plan.
Encourage drivers to attract new experienced drivers to join our team.
