North Mara Gold Mine Bulynhulu are hiring for underground Mobile equipment  to join their working team. The successful person will be responsible for delivering all underground requirements to under ground and open pit mining operation, update and executing production according to short and Medium term production.

The selected will direct Report to engineering supervisor

Duties and responsibilities

• Safety, Healthy, environment and quality compliance
• Overall management of underground mobile equipment
• Responsibility in roll of underground mobile equipment
• Implement and monitoring adherence to engineering standard
• Improve effectiveness and and efficiency of engineering process and system
• Implementation plans to achieve mining strategy and businesses plans
• Financial budget control pertaining to maintenance activities
• Managing change process pertaining deviation with maintenance
• Implementation of continuous improvement and business

QUALIFICATION

• Excellent in communication skills
• Computer skills
• Minimum 10 years experience as assistant engineer supervisor
• Mechanical or related trade qualification
• Diploma in BSC,BTech/Diploma in mechanical or electrical  will be advantaged
