The sellected candidates will responsibile for Assessment of existing broad policies, St of guidelines, system creation, activities or set of guidelines eg Bylaws, broad meetings, successive planning guidelines, committee policies, manual book of broad members

- They have also construction and policy plus ability to provide any other information needed
