Fridge is a global Agricultural trading platform that makes cross border trade easy. With our property  global sourcing  we go beyond matching Buyers and sellers of 15,000 agricultural goods. This is facilitated through our one stop fulfillment services that includes  due to diligence, supplier certificate through our own fulfilment service that include due diligence.

A Warehouse Manager (WM) will act as key figure of tridge’s operation in the country, overseas and further develop a vital part of the Supply chain. As local logistic expert, the warehouse manager will be responsible to provide strategic and operational leadership and drive trudges fulfillment program for agricultural products to success.

The warehouse Manager will work closely with engagement Managers and partners in the country.

Duties and responsibilities

• Foster and Maintaining relationship with logistics companies
• Supervise inflow and outflow processes such as weighting being conducted by store manager and labour
• Day to day Monitoring and supervising of staff, labor and store manager
• Liaise with tridge HQ for all buyer orders and logging of goods
• Ensuring warehouse environment meets standards at all times.
• Mentor subordinates to optimize their capabilities
• Utilize cloud based warehouse system for HQ to see what stock is available
• Ensuring all export documents are in place in collaboration with all relevant authorities

QUALIFICATION

• 2-4years experience in warehouse management required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in local language
• Living in the country where you are applying for this position.
• Spoken and written English skills of business level or high recommended
• Understand of Agricultural value chain in the global trade business.
• College degree in business administration, international relationships, agriculture or equivalent work experience
