POSITION: Program Facilitator (reliance and Livelihood)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation and reporting of planned activities: 20%
Participate in planning and budgeting, organizing work plans, implementing planned activities and monitoring / reporting progress.
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community-level participation.
Encourage and facilitate stakeholder participation during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.
Identify local level partners, support and facilitate cooperation in the implementation of planned activities. Facilitate stakeholders and stakeholders in the management and monitoring of program activities.
Support collection and documentation of impact stories and achievements monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual
2. Community engagement and advocacy: 25%
Encourage community empowerment through a team approach by organizing commercial producer groups (CPG) and the creation of commercial villages.
To encourage and facilitate the integration of Vision Fund Tanzania (VFT) and Resilience Project models such as market-led Agriculture, Local Value Chain
Encourage communities on sponsorship (RC parents / guardians, community leaders and other community members) and facilitate participation in sponsorship management project activities
To encourage and facilitate the active participation of children and their communities to participate in the planning, tracking and implementation and evaluation of community development programs.
Building the capacity of children, families and communities to collectively engage local leaders on identified issues. Follow the promises of leaders on the
improvement of children’s well-being.
Encourage communities to participate in the annual days of child care and protection-such as African Child DDay.s
3 Performance management warranty: 25%
RC monitoring according to cooperation standards.
Rc memory and files are well managed and stored securely.
Support RCs compatible with sponsors on time.
Facilitate the processing of all specific letters; Christmas cards, optional Letters, April, introductory letters within the integration standard.
Help children respond to sponsor letters-sponsor letters and introductory letters. Support management of office support questions.
Take quality pictures according to required standards.
Encourage and support RC families to adequately prepare and manage sponsor vvisitss
4 Monitoring Of Registered Children: 10%
Supporting the development of an integrated monitoring program in the area assigned by the ADP stakeholder
Analyze the action Management Report and track key RCS results using the case management tool
Analyzing Child Welfare (CWB) rc visits and reports operation eradicate (SOI) from STEP and involving ADP stakeholders
Collect monitoring information for management action.
