In Mbeya Region Four people died on the spot and another injured after a thunderbolt in Chunya District in Mbeya region.

Speaking, January 21, 2022 the head of the ua Handeni District, Siriel Cellar has assured parents and students within two weeks the rehabilitation will be completed.

Mbezi said other classrooms and teachers ‘ offices have been restricted and the roof has urged citizens to cooperate with the government to ensure rehabilitation takes place quickly.

 

“The director’s team has passed and evaluated the items that are needed, so the director has assured me within 14 days the students will return to the classroom and others will continue to study in neighboring school,”he said.

Speaking at the same time Primary School principal Luye, Hossein Mwesange said at eight o’clock there was a heavy rain that was accompanied by the wind and raised the classes except that no student or teacher was affected

He said 300 students will miss lessons for more than a week due to these effects, since there are no additional classes that they will be able to read.
